There were indeed plans and concrete negotiations for a Rybka versus Deep Junior match during the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Chess_Championship_2007 World Chess Championship 2007] in [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexico_City Mexico City] with [[David Levy]], [[Amir Ban]] and [[Shay Bushinsky]], and Rajlich representative [[Sergey Abramov]] involved, who stated that his company, [[ChessOK|Convekta Ltd.]], which is the distributor of Rybka, would guarantee the $100,000, so that if no other sponsor could be found, the money was still assured.
