Andrew Kadatch,
a Russian mathematician, computer scientist and software developer. He defended his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in computer science and pure mathematics at the Novosibirsk State University, and his Ph.D. from Ershov Institute at Novosibirsk State University in 1994. In 1998, he moved to the United States and worked for Microsoft and Google [2]. Andrew Kadatch collaborated with his fellow Eugene Nalimov, and provided the compression algorithm for the Nalimov Tablebases.
