Warren Montgomery,
an American computer scientist and early computer chess programmer. While affiliated with the Dartmouth College in the early 70s, he worked as a systems programmer on the Dartmouth Time Sharing System (DTSS). Along with Larry Harris, he was primary developer of the Dartmouth Chess programs Dartmouth CP and Dart which participated in two international computer chess competitions, the ACM 1973 and ACM 1974.
