In Paderbrn, Ulf authored and co-authored various chess programs, most notably the mentioned controlled conspiracy number searcher [[P.ConNerS]], and along with [[Chrilly Donninger]], the [[FPGA]] chess entities [[BrustusBrutus]] and [[Hydra]].
